ANSOL

Portuguese Association for Open Software

ANSOL is a Portuguese non-profit association whose purpose is the dissemination, promotion, development, research and study of Free Informatics and its social, political, philosophical, cultural, technical and scientific repercussions.

The four principles of free software:

1. The freedom to run the software, for any use.

2. The freedom to study how a program works and adapt it to your needs.

3. The freedom to redistribute copies.

4. The freedom to improve the program and make changes public so that the entire community benefits from the improvement.
